Direct-booking automation that takes the rentals off the OTAs — so the owner keeps the ~15% commission instead of paying it out, and owns the booking flow end to end instead of renting it from a marketplace.

Automated a retreat-and-events venue's entire operation — inquiry through event through completion — with an admin CRM, a client portal, and a mobile app. The manual back-and-forth that used to run the business now runs on the software.
